Behind the desk stands Christoffer Lewinowitz. I have worked as a lawyer and manager throughout my professional life, in organizations, publicly traded companies, and firms. This combination has shaped how I view the role of law within a company.

Labor law concerns the relationship between employers and employees. Corporate law concerns how a business is structured, contracted, and operated. In practice, these issues are often interconnected and arise in the same decision.

My experience is that many legal problems don't arise due to a lack of regulations, but because legal matters aren't sufficiently integrated into operations. When legal input comes in too late, it often becomes an obstacle. When it's involved from the beginning, it becomes a support.

That was the starting point when Lew Lex was founded. The goal is to make law accessible, relevant, and useful in everyday life, not just in exceptional situations.

With our Company Lawyer on subscription service, you get ongoing access to legal support at a fixed price. This covers both employment law and corporate law, from contracts and structuring issues to personnel matters and disputes.

Many business insurance policies do not cover employment law disputes within their legal protection. The subscription therefore serves as an important supplement. After a qualifying period, legal representation costs in court are also included if a dispute arises.

Security agreement for employers

What does the agreement mean?

The idea behind the security agreement is that it should feel safe to be a manager and employer and to hire staff. That is why most of it is included in the security agreement. Did you know that the legal protection in most business insurance does not cover labor law disputes? That is why the security agreement is a good complement to legal protection insurance.

What is not included?

Disputes that the employer wants to initiate against the employee are not included. That is, cases where the employer wants to sue their employee. The philosophy behind the agreement is that this will not be necessary when you have a security agreement.

The preparation of documents such as contracts by a lawyer is not included. However, unlimited advice is included over the phone, email or video when you wish to prepare these documents. The agreement includes a large template library where the idea is that the client works on these themselves while a lawyer is at your side for advice.

How much does a security agreement cost?

The idea is that all employers, regardless of size, should be able to sign a security agreement. That is why the price is set low. You can see the prices under the "Security Agreement" button at the top right. The prices are about half to one and a half months' salary, depending on the number of employees.
