Disputes that the employer wants to initiate against the employee are not included. That is, cases where the employer wants to sue their employee. The philosophy behind the agreement is that this will not be necessary when you have a security agreement.
The preparation of documents such as contracts by a lawyer is not included. However, unlimited advice is included over the phone, email or video when you wish to prepare these documents. The agreement includes a large template library where the idea is that the client works on these themselves while a lawyer is at your side for advice.
The idea is that all employers, regardless of size, should be able to sign a security agreement. That is why the price is set low.
