Whistleblowing

All employers with more than 50 employees are required to provide internal reporting channels that enable employees and other interested parties to report misconduct. These reporting systems must be managed in a specific way and responsibility may lie with specific internal or external persons. Anyone who reports misconduct is protected by law and may not be disadvantaged because of their reporting.
