Systematic Work Environment Management

The employer and its representatives, in the form of managers with personnel responsibility, have a comprehensive and important responsibility for the work environment in the workplace. Work environment responsibility is not only an organizational issue, but can also lead to legal consequences, for example in the form of work environment violations, if it is not complied with correctly. This underlines how prioritized the work environment issue is for many employers.
