Sedan finns det s\u00e5 kallade \"icke v\u00e4rvnings\" klausuler som tar sikte p\u00e5 att arbetstagaren efter anst\u00e4llningen inte ska v\u00e4rva anst\u00e4llda fr\u00e5n arbetsgivaren att b\u00f6rja arbeta i konkurrerande verksamhet.
