Det utg\u00f6rs av en rad mallar som anv\u00e4nts l\u00e4nge inom f\u00f6retaget och kanske s\u00e4llan granskats. Ofta gl\u00f6ms de lite bort och antas h\u00e5lla god kvalitet, i och med att det kanske s\u00e4llan uppst\u00e5r n\u00e5gra problem med dem. Tills dess att en tvist uppst\u00e5r och inneh\u00e5llet i anst\u00e4llningsavtalet st\u00e4lls p\u00e5 sin spets. Anst\u00e4llningsavtalet \u00e4r ett viktigt dokument. Det ska dock som princip vara s\u00e5 rent och enkelt som m\u00f6jligt. D\u00e4remot finns det krav p\u00e5 att arbetsgivaren ska tillhandah\u00e5lla arbetstagaren med skriftlig information enligt nedan s\u00e5 fort som m\u00f6jligt dock senast p\u00e5 den sjunde kalenderdagen efter det att arbetstagaren b\u00f6rjat. Det \u00e4r dessa regler som i praktiken till\u00e4mpas p\u00e5 vad det s\u00e5som minimum ska finnas med i anst\u00e4llningsavtalet.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"caret-color: #000000; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; white-space: normal;\">Vad som m\u00e5ste finnas med:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>arbetsgivarens och arbetstagarens namn och adress, anst\u00e4llningens tilltr\u00e4desdag samt arbetsplats eller, om det inte finns n\u00e5gon fast eller huvudsaklig arbetsplats, uppgift om att arbetet ska utf\u00f6ras p\u00e5 olika platser eller att arbetstagaren sj\u00e4lv f\u00e5r best\u00e4mma sin arbetsplats,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">en kort specificering eller beskrivning av arbetstagarens arbetsuppgifter och yrkesben\u00e4mning eller tj\u00e4nstetitel,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">om anst\u00e4llningen g\u00e4ller tills vidare eller f\u00f6r begr\u00e4nsad tid eller om den \u00e4r en provanst\u00e4llning, samt\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a) vid anst\u00e4llning tills vidare: de upps\u00e4gningstider som g\u00e4ller,<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">b) vid anst\u00e4llning f\u00f6r begr\u00e4nsad tid: anst\u00e4llningens slutdag eller de f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar som g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r att anst\u00e4llningen ska upph\u00f6ra och om anst\u00e4llningen avser s\u00e4rskild visstidsanst\u00e4llning, vikariat eller s\u00e4songsarbete,<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">c) vid provanst\u00e4llning: pr\u00f6votidens l\u00e4ngd och eventuella villkor f\u00f6r provanst\u00e4llningen,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">begynnelsel\u00f6n och andra l\u00f6nef\u00f6rm\u00e5ner, som ska anges separat, och hur ofta och p\u00e5 vilket s\u00e4tt l\u00f6nen ska betalas ut,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">l\u00e4ngden p\u00e5 arbetstagarens normala arbetsdag eller arbetsvecka eller, om detta inte g\u00e5r att fastst\u00e4lla p\u00e5 grund av hur arbetsgivaren f\u00f6rl\u00e4gger arbetstiden, uppgift om anst\u00e4llningens arbetstidsm\u00e5tt p\u00e5 annat s\u00e4tt,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">vad som ska g\u00e4lla f\u00f6r \u00f6vertids- eller mertidsarbete och ers\u00e4ttning f\u00f6r s\u00e5dant arbete, i f\u00f6rekommande fall,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">minsta tidsfrist f\u00f6r besked om den ordinarie arbetstidens och jourtidens f\u00f6rl\u00e4ggning samt i f\u00f6rekommande fall,\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a) att f\u00f6rl\u00e4ggningen kommer att variera mellan olika klockslag och dagar,<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">b) regler f\u00f6r skiftbyte,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">i fr\u00e5ga om arbetstagare som hyrs ut av bemanningsf\u00f6retag: uppgift om kundf\u00f6retagens namn och adress,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">uppgift om r\u00e4tt till utbildning som tillhandah\u00e5lls av arbetsgivaren, i f\u00f6rekommande fall,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">l\u00e4ngden p\u00e5 arbetstagarens betalda semester,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">de best\u00e4mmelser som arbetsgivaren och arbetstagaren ska f\u00f6lja n\u00e4r n\u00e5gon av dem vill avsluta anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llandet,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">att arbetsgivaravgifter betalas till staten samt uppgift om det skydd f\u00f6r social trygghet som tillhandah\u00e5lls av arbetsgivaren, och<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">till\u00e4mpligt kollektivavtal, i f\u00f6rekommande fall.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a6178d wd-width-100 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_title\" data-id=\"9a6178d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_title.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title-wrapper wd-set-mb reset-last-child wd-title-color-primary wd-title-style-underlined wd-title-size-small text-left\">\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"liner-continer\">\n\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"woodmart-title-container title wd-fontsize-m\">Rekommenderat att ocks\u00e5 ha med i anst\u00e4llningsavtalet<\/h2> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-89b34b8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_text_block\" data-id=\"89b34b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_text_block.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-text-block reset-last-child text-left\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Att arbetstagaren tagit del av arbetsgivarens personalhandbok inklusive de policies som finns i handboken.<\/li>\n<li>Ett kvittningsmedgivande, d\u00e4r arbetstagaren medger att arbetsgivaren f\u00e5r g\u00f6ra l\u00f6neavdrag f\u00f6r fordringar som uppst\u00e5r i tj\u00e4nsten.
