I synnerhet n\u00e4r det \u00e4r i formen av en omorganisation som resulterar i att personal ska bli uppsagda.<\/p><p>Arbetsgivarens f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att hantera arbetsr\u00e4tten, ledarskapet, f\u00f6rhandling, kommunikationsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga, aff\u00e4rsmannaskap och taktik st\u00e4lls p\u00e5 sin spets. Exempelvis, nedl\u00e4ggning, outsourcning, sparprogram etc. Allting som h\u00e4rr\u00f6r till organisation. Att s\u00e4ga upp en s\u00e4ljare med h\u00e4nvisning till d\u00e5lig f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning \u00e4r ett exempel p\u00e5 personliga sk\u00e4l och inte arbetsbrist. Att s\u00e4ljaren inte s\u00e4ljer bra \u00e4r kopplat till s\u00e4ljaren personligen och inte organisationen, fast resultatet kanske leder in till mindre l\u00e4gger grunden till omorganisationen \u00a0samt vem som ev. ska bli uppsagd med anledning av f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen. Det \u00e4r \u00e4ven h\u00e4r arbetsgivaren uppr\u00e4ttar de dokument som ska ligga till grund f\u00f6r omorganisationen och som sedan ska visas f\u00f6r fackf\u00f6rbundet\/en. Det beh\u00f6ver inte vara komplicerat.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Av planen ska det framg\u00e5:<\/span><\/p><p>1. Hur organisationen ser ut <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><em>f\u00f6re<\/em><\/span> omorganisationen och<br \/>2. Hur organisationen ser ut <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><em>efter<\/em><\/span> omorganisationen<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Planen kommer skickas till fackf\u00f6rbundet\/en tillsammans med kallelsen till f\u00f6rhandling. Om den kan <\/span>illustreras<span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> med ett organisationsschema s\u00e5 kan det vara en f\u00f6rdel. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0bed56a wd-width-100 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_title\" data-id=\"0bed56a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_title.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title-wrapper wd-set-mb reset-last-child wd-title-color-primary wd-title-style-underlined wd-title-size-small text-left\">\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"liner-continer\">\n\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"woodmart-title-container title wd-fontsize-m\">Riskanalys<\/h2> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title-after_title reset-last-child wd-fontsize-xs\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Vid omorganisationer kr\u00e4vs det enligt arbetsmilj\u00f6verkets f\u00f6reskrift om systematiskt arbetsmilj\u00f6arbete att arbetsgivaren utreder risker vid f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i verksamheten. \u00c4r det exempelvis p\u00e5 det s\u00e4ttet att ekonomifunktionen p\u00e5 f\u00f6retaget ska outsourcas s\u00e5 \u00e4r risken f\u00f6r arbetsmilj\u00f6n liten f\u00f6r kvarvarande personal, d\u00e5 ju en extern firma kommer hantera ekonomin. Kvarvarande personal kommer inte f\u00e5 mer att g\u00f6ra.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f322e76 wd-width-100 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_title\" data-id=\"f322e76\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_title.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title-wrapper wd-set-mb reset-last-child wd-title-color-primary wd-title-style-underlined wd-title-size-small text-left\">\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"liner-continer\">\n\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"woodmart-title-container title wd-fontsize-m\">Turordningslista<\/h2> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title-after_title reset-last-child wd-fontsize-xs\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">LAS s\u00e4ger att det genom turordning i enlighet med sist in f\u00f6rst ut som arbetsgivaren konstaterar vem som kan komma att s\u00e4gas upp. F\u00f6r varje driftsenhet uppr\u00e4ttas en enskild turordning. En driftsenhet \u00e4r en geografisk egen enhet inom arbetsgivarens verksamhet. Arbetsplatser i bost\u00e4der inneb\u00e4r inte enbart f\u00f6r den delen att denne utg\u00f6r en egen driftsenhet<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Avtalsturlista<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">F\u00f6r den arbetsgivare som \u00e4r bunden av kollektivavtal kan fack och arbetsgivare komma \u00f6verens om turlistan och fr\u00e5ng\u00e5 lagens regler.<\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Undantag<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Alla arbetsgivare f\u00e5r undanta tre arbetstagare fr\u00e5n turordningslistan som \u00e4r av s\u00e4rskild betydelse f\u00f6r den fortsatta verksamheten. Det \u00e4r arbetsgivaren som g\u00f6r den bed\u00f6mningen, som allting annat h\u00e4r i v\u00e4rlden s\u00e5 \u00e4r det dock en bra sak om det \u00e4r en n\u00e5gorlunda rimlig grund som arbetsgivaren har f\u00f6r sin bed\u00f6mning.<\/span><\/p><p><br \/>Exempel p\u00e5 hur en turordningslista kan se
