In some cases, however, it is impossible to reach an agreement and the dispute proceeds to court. Often, the parties manage to reach an agreement during the oral preparation or before the main hearing. In most cases, it is the employee who chooses to sue the employer. It is rarely financially advantageous for the employer to sue the employee, but an exception may be when the employee has acted disloyally by conducting competing activities during employment, which
